I learned something new! February 20 is National Comfy Day! You have permission to get as comfortable as you please.  This means you can wear your most comfy clothes, be a complete mess, eat comfort food, and embark on any activity that allows you to be cozy and lazy.  All you have to do is find your favoriate spot in your home and relax for the next 24 hours. And yes, this is a must for everyone who usually has a super busy work schedule.  Celebrate the day by giving yourself a time out and getting comfortable in your skin.  (I am seriously laughing about this.) Happy yNational Comfy Day!  While this may seem like an intriguing day, there is actually history behind it.  It was founded by the Comfy Brothers, the team behind "The Comfy", the world's first wearable blanket.  It was invented in 2017 and via Shark Tank, went on to become a super famous product, available in over 100 countries. So, who's "in" for requesting a day off to celebrate? I can imagine a boss hearing that request... When I think about comfort, these are the some verses that come to mind. Matthew 11: 28-30 says, "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." (ESV) A comfy day sounds great, but finding comfort in the One who loves us is even better!
